This privacy policy applies to the PWN BOT app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Uladzislau Hliavitski (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
Какую информацию получает Приложение и как она используется? What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
Регистрация аккаунта не требуется. Приложение не запрашивает имя, адрес электронной почты, телефон и не ведёт рекламный профиль пользователя. An account is not required. The Application does not ask for your name, email, or phone number and does not build an advertising profile.
По Bluetooth Приложение обменивается данными только с выбранным самокатом на вашем устройстве: скорость, батарея, настройки, версии модулей, серийные номера и UID. Это нужно, чтобы показать состояние техники и выполнить команды, которые вы запускаете сами. Over Bluetooth the Application exchanges data only with the scooter you choose, on your device: speed, battery, settings, module versions, serial numbers, and UIDs. This is needed to show vehicle status and to run commands that you start yourself.
Чтобы каталог прошивок, конфигурации модели и строки интерфейса работали, Приложение обращается к серверу Поставщика услуги. На сервер могут уходить модель самоката, серийные номера и UID модулей, служебные идентификаторы сессии, версия приложения и хеш локализаций. Эти данные используются для регистрации самоката, выдачи подходящих прошивок и настроек, а не для рекламы. So that the firmware catalog, model configuration, and interface strings can work, the Application contacts the Service Provider’s server. The scooter model, module serial numbers and UIDs, session identifiers, app version, and localization hash may be sent. This is used to register the scooter and to deliver matching firmware and settings, not for advertising.
Диагностические журналы на сервер не отправляются сами. Они уходят только если вы явно выберете отправку логов. В журнале могут быть технические события Bluetooth и обмена с сервером; серийные номера и UID в эти записи по возможности не включаются. Diagnostic logs are not uploaded by themselves. They are sent only if you explicitly choose to send logs. A log may include technical Bluetooth and server-exchange events; serial numbers and UIDs are kept out of those records where possible.
Собирает ли Приложение точные данные о местоположении в реальном времени? Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
Нет. Приложение не собирает точные координаты вашего мобильного устройства и не запрашивает доступ к GPS. No. This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device and does not request GPS access.
Видят ли третьи лица информацию, полученную Приложением? Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Идентификаторы самоката и служебные данные, нужные для работы каталога, обрабатываются на сервере Поставщика услуги. Рекламным сетям и аналитическим SDK эти данные не передаются. Scooter identifiers and operational data needed for the catalog are processed on the Service Provider’s server. They are not shared with advertising networks or analytics SDKs.
Если вы покупаете ваучер, платёж обрабатывает платёжный провайдер. Данные карты Приложение не хранит. Магазины приложений (Apple App Store, Google Play и аналоги) обрабатывают установку по своим правилам. If you buy a voucher, the payment is processed by the payment provider. The Application does not store card details. App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, and similar) process installation under their own policies.
Как отказаться от сбора информации? What are my opt-out rights?
Чтобы остановить обмен с сервером и самокатом, удалите Приложение стандартным способом вашей системы или магазина приложений. Без установленного Приложения новые данные не отправляются. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Дети Children
Приложение не предназначено для намеренного сбора данных у детей младше 13 лет и не используется для маркетинга детям. The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
Поставщик услуги не собирает намеренно персональные данные детей. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал такие данные через Приложение, напишите в Telegram @sharkboyse, чтобы можно было принять меры. В вашей стране согласие на обработку персональных данных может требоваться с 16 лет (иногда его даёт родитель или опекун). The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider via Telegram at @sharkboyse so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

Поставщик услуги старается сохранять конфиденциальность данных, которые Приложение передаёт на сервер: обмен идёт по защищённому каналу. Абсолютной гарантии от несанкционированного доступа никто дать не может. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Data sent to the server travels over a protected channel. No method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Изменения Changes
Эта политика может обновляться. О изменениях Поставщик услуги сообщает, публикуя новую редакцию на этой странице. Рекомендуется периодически перечитывать текст: продолжение использования Приложения означает согласие с актуальной редакцией. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Политика действует с 18 сентября 2026 года. This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-18.

Используя Приложение, вы соглашаетесь на обработку информации в соответствии с этой Политикой конфиденциальности в текущей и последующих редакциях Поставщика услуги.
